Webinar: Shallow Marine 2- Tidal Systems
In light of our current restrictions on travel and the need for social distancing, TCIE have decided to offer FORCE members and non-members the opportunity to attend a series ‘virtual field schools’ through the fall of 2020. We will be running 4, one hour-long, virtual field trips, incorporating SAFARI Virtual Outcrop data led by Professor John Howell (SAFARI PI at the University of Aberdeen).

Logistics:
You will be viewing world-class virtual outcrops augmented with subsurface data, modern analogues and reservoir models from around the globe in purpose-built virtual outcrop software (Lime). The material will be delivered via ZOOM: You do not need to install zoom to join the trip! Hyperlinks will be sent to you upon registration with instructions for logging on.
No sunscreen, hard hats or field boots required – Havaianas are fine 😊

How a webinar works
You register as usual through the registration button above. Once you are registered you will get an outlook invitation via email to join this webinar. The Zoom link will be posted in the outlook invitation approximately a day before the webinar.
FORCE uses Zoom Video for this webinar, and has proven to work successfully.
It is NOT allowed to share the Zoom link and password.
We recomment that everyone joining turn off their camera and microphone when joining.
If you have any questions you can use the chat or wait until the end of the talk.
FORCE seminars have previously been fully booked with waiting lists so you are encouraged to sign up as soon as you know you will attend.
