If you have Zoom installed on your computer, you can join from the application.

For people who do not have or cannot install zoom on their computers:

To access the webinar, click on the link in the invitation

If you want to join from a web browser ignore the instructions to download and run and just click on “launch meeting”

This will bring up an option to “If you cannot download or run the application, join from your browser.”

Click on “Join from your browser” and you will be asked to input a password, verify your name and confirm that you’re not a robot

You will then be in the virtual meeting as a guest with no microphone access or video allowed (Questions can be posted in the chat window)

WE RECOMMEND YOU JOIN THE MEETING AT 1355 TO ENSURE A TIMELY DEPARTURE FOR THE FIELD TRIP!

Logistics:

You will be viewing world-class virtual outcrops augmented with subsurface data, modern analogues and reservoir models from around the globe in purpose-built virtual outcrop software (Lime). The material will be delivered via ZOOM: Hyperlinks and passwords will be sent to you upon registration. No hard hats or field boots required 😊

How a webinar works

You register as usual through the registration button above. Once you are registered you will get an invitation via email to join this webinar.
FORCE uses Zoom Video for this webinar, and has proven to work successfully.
It is NOT allowed to share the Zoom link and password. 

We recomment that everyone joining turn off their camera and microphone when joining.
If you have any questions you can use the chat or wait until the end of the talk.

FORCE seminars have previously been fully booked with waiting lists so you are encouraged to sign up as soon as you know you will attend.
