Summary
Emergency preparedness is increased at several Norwegian oil and gas installations following PST's threat assessment of increased risk to Russian intelligence activities. The police have increased preparedness at two oil and gas plants in Western Norway.
Are we prepared for potential HACKER ATTACKERS on our drilling rigs ?
We are constantly working to improve our protecting systems against possible data breaches and hostile take-overs, and have implemented measures and strengthened preparedness as the risk picture develops. Severe attacks on the petroleum industry/infrastructure has happened recently ( Cyber attack link ), and we need to have an understanding of the risk
We want to use this webinar to share some learnings and best practices to increase the awareness with respect to cyber security for our D&W community.
