Organisation
The Norwegian Offshore Directorate is a flexible resource organisation that differs from the more traditional hierarchy seen in the government.
We are a fluid organisation. No sections or departments, but around 70 teams with their own mandates. Authority is delegated to these teams for products, processes and quality.
The administrative management includes six directors, and there are eleven assistant directors in the operative management.
Our organisation is divided accordingly:
