Use of released data

The Norwegian Offshore Directorate is not responsible for how released data is processed or used in the future.

Please note that there may be restrictions in the ability to use information
subject to third-party rights. This will be an issue between the data owner and
the party using the data. Ownership of data will not change even if the data is
released.

The use of data is governed by regulations outside the authority of the Norwegian Offshore Directorate.
