23/10/2023 Preliminary production figures for September 2023 show an average daily production of 1 797 000 barrels of oil, NGL and condensate.

Total gas sales were 6.0 billion Sm3 (GSm3), which is 3.6 (GSm3) lower than the previous month.

Average daily liquids production in September was: 1 644 000 barrels of oil, 138 000 barrels of NGL and 15 000 barrels of condensate.

Oil production in September is 4.7 percent lower than the NPD’s forecast and 0.7 percent lower than the forecast so far this year.

The total petroleum production so far in 2023 is about 170.6 million Sm3 oil equivalents (MSm3 o.e.), broken down as follows: about 77.4 MSm3 o.e. of oil, about 9.4 MSm3 o.e. of NGL and condensate and about 83.8 MSm3 o.e. of gas for sale.

The total volume is 2.1 MSm3 o.e. less than in 2022.
