Production figures May 2024
20/06/2024 Preliminary production figures for May 2024 show an average daily production of 1 932 000 barrels of oil, NGL and condensate.
Total gas sales were 10.0 billion Sm3 (GSm3), which is 0.4 (GSm3) less than the previous month.
Average daily liquids production in May was: 1 689 000 barrels of oil, 223 000 barrels of NGL and 19 000 barrels of condensate.

Oil production in May is 2.9 percent more than the NOD’s forecast and 2.6 percent more than the forecast so far this year.
The total petroleum production so far in 2024 is about 103.2 million Sm3 oil equivalents (MSm3 o.e.), broken down as follows: about 43.2 MSm3 o.e. of oil, about 5.9 MSm3 o.e. of NGL and condensate and about 54.0 MSm3 o.e. of gas for sale.
The total volume is 3.7 MSm3 o.e. higher than 2023.
