Consultation – revised proposal for new Measurement Regulations
The Norwegian Petroleum Directorate (NPD) hereby submits this revised proposal for new Regulations relating to fiscal measurement in the petroleum activities (the Measurement Regulations) with guidelines, for public consultation.
Proposed new Regulations relating to fiscal measurement in the petroleum activities (the Measurement Regulations) with guidelines were submitted for public consultation on 1 July 2022 with a deadline for comments of 1 October: Consultation – proposed new Measurement Regulations.
Based on input from the consultation process and continued work, the NPD has decided to submit a revised proposal for new Measurement Regulations with guidelines for public consultation, with a six-week deadline for comments. The planned effective date is 1 May 2023.

The deadline for comments is 29 March 2023.
